NON-PEAK SEASON Jan 2- June 10 and Sept. 16 -Sept 31
2 day notice of cancellation is required during Non-Peak season. If a room is cancelled with 2 days or less notice, the credit card on file will be charged for the full amount for the entire stay. This includes early departures and no shows.
PEAK SEASON June 11- Sept 15
14 day notification of cancellation is required during Peak Season and Holidays. If a room is cancelled with 14 days or less until the date of arrival, the credit card on file will be charged the full amount for the entire stay for all rooms reserved under one credit card. Any early departures or changes within 14 days of arrival will not be refunded. This includes early departures and no shows.
SMOKE FREE / PET FREE
All rooms and patio / dining areas of Alpine Lodge are smoke free. Smoking is allowed outside the rooms and away from the patio area. We love pets, however, we regret we do NOT allow pets on the premises. The entire facility and grounds are Pet free. We will be happy to recommend other motels in the area that do permit pets. Guests who do smoke or bring pets into the rooms will be charged a $300.00 minimum cleaning fee and will be asked to vacate the premises with no refunds granted.
WEDDINGS, LARGE GROUPS, and BEARTOOTH RALLY CANCELLATIONS:
30 day notification of cancellation. If a block of rooms (4 or more rooms) is cancelled with 30 days or less until the date of arrival, the credit card on file will be charged the full amount guaranteed. No exceptions. 30 days prior to arrival a one night nonrefundable deposit will be charged to the credit card on file. The remainder owing will be charged upon arrival. If the customer is a no show, they will be charged the full amount of the total reservation. If the customer shortens the stay or arrives later than arrival date, they will be charged the full amount of their stay.
